What kind of time will this take to see results?

The good news is that when you change your diet and nutrition, your body can respond quickly. For example, studies show that your gut microbiome can change within days! Dramatic changes to underlying inflammation and how lifestyle and nutrition impact your hormones, takes time. The speed at which you'll see results can vary from person to person, because it depends on factors like your starting point, dedication, and your individual body. But we all need to see wins, and see them pretty quickly, to have the motivation and confidence to keep going! That's why I've designed the program to have you making the changes right up front that are most likely to positively impact you. My focus is on helping you make long-term changes to your lifestyle rather than quick fixes that just act like temporary band-aids. Still, many women start noticing positive changes within the first few weeks.

Do I need to follow a specific diet plan?

No, because frankly that won't work for you long-term. I do provide you with personalized meal plans tailored to your unique needs and which focus on protein and fiber. However, I believe in flexibility and understanding that everyone has different preferences, family needs, budgets, and time limitations. My approach is not about weird or restrictive diets but rather about making informed choices and giving you the tools you need to make choices to support your metabolism in menopause. Your personalized plan will be tailored to your unique needs and will include guidelines to support you in your daily eating. Working with me is specifically designed to get you out of overwhelm or confusion and just make sensible decisions about what you're eating every day. I do share the science behind the meals but my approach is to make this simple so you can easily decide what food is working for you to feel the way you want to.

At Celebrating Hormones, I know that trying to do things on your own rarely works. You will have questions and you will run into challenges. I absolutely want you to feel amazing. So to make sure you feel supported and heard, I have private 1:1 video sessions with you. This is where you have access to me for coaching, guidances, motivation, and accountability. It's also where I can answer your questions. The most important factor for success is whether you implement what you learn. That's why I offer 1:1 video sessions with me while you go through the program, email access during office hours, and I provide you with resources to ensure you have everything you need to succeed. Also, since I've been through the trenches myself, I'm here as your midlife bestie to cheer you on!
